It was hot here today, about 90F. I think another new record, and about 20* warmer than average for this time of year. So, I decided to whip up some cooling ice cream with the very last of last years frozen berries. And it was good.
Frozen blueberries (lots), sweetness to taste, very cold (almost frozen) milk (I used almond) and as much small frozen cream cubes as your conscience allows, and a dash of vanilla. To be successful in the blender, the blender has to be strong (vitamix) and many of the ingredients need to be frozen - but not in too big chunks.
