Nice looking fig,from what ive heard if a fig can grow to a larger than a big hens egg without being infected by BFF its home free ,or at least if birds ,rats ,mold etc.etc. dont get it.and i also think if it can rippen your not going to find BFF worms in it .so no BFF protein in that fig . What kind of fig is that ?Zone 10a So. Calif. W.L. Super tasty new finds !

Wow!! what a juicy-looking fig. How did it taste? I have one that rooted early this year, about 3' tall now; no fruits yet, can't wait for it to start fruiting, hopefully next year.Location: NJ, zone 6b
