  • Green tip cuttings 3.5 weeks to roots

Green tips in a well-draining soil medium, in humidity dome, kept out of direct sunlight, and opened top daily to air out. I also sprayed/misted the cuttings with a kelp solution every 4-5 days. Mostly followed Dan Foster's videos here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0PBLgy8q1k&t

Nice roots! What variety is it? I tried some green cuttings this summer for the first time, and they rooted like champs. I'm always amazed by how much figs just WANT to grow.

I did one I-258 and 7 of two varieties that I'm not sure about. I was gifted 3 mature plants last summer. They are either LSU Purple, Lattarula, or Conadria. I'll know when the fruits ripen this year.
