  • Plastic bags for fig-pop rooting

    Looking for 4"x10" plain plastic bags for fig-pop rooting; can't find that size anywhere. Could someone recommend a source I could try. Thanks.

      Yeah, I know about the ones on figbid. But, why would one need a 16" tall bag for rooting cuttings? I think a 10" long bag would be just adequate for the figpop method, unless one intends to put the whole cutting inside the bag, and tying the top of the bag. But, that's not the way it is shown in the figbid listing.

        On this video on YouTube this person uses a thick bag maybe 3 mm in the fig-pots,I bought some and it worked well ,I like them because the bag stays rigid and the roots stay in place and doesn't bend.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2OT5...jvzGui&index=8

          You can use extra length to create a humidity bin too
