My Sultane is definitely not Sultane but some kind of early exotic type. My Rouge de Bordeaux is more like my Negronne with the leaf and flavour and my Dalmatie seems more like Longe d’Aout, not the same as my other Dalmatie. They are still relatively young trees so time will tell I guess.

The flavour of Unknown “Sultane” has definitely improved from last year with a sweet honey flavour. I may go back to the nursery not for a refund but just establish what it could be.
