  • Brunswick Pictures?

Does anyone have any pictures of a Brunswick that they can share? Looking for pictures of the leaves, as well as the fruit.

I have an unknown fig that I believe is a Brunswick. I have been searching online for pictures to compare but am finding discrepancies to the point where I don't trust the source material. The unknown fig has large leaves with 7 long skinny lobes/fingers. Don't have any ripe fruit to take pictures of yet.

    Appreciate the help.

Here are the pictures of an unknown tree that I believe is a Brunswick. My father in law found its parent tree unprotected in Middle River Md, zone 7b. He said it was a very large bush over 10 ft tall. Since then we have been calling it Middle River Unknown.

Would like to see if others agree. Don't have a ripe fig to cut and show yet. Another few days and I will. I have some pictures of some figs on the tree that are almost ready.

The first set of pictures is one tree in a 15 gallon pot and the other is a tree that I planted in the ground this spring. They were both cuttings from the same tree. The fig In the pot got hit by rust last spring so the leaves look rough.

Could well be Brunswick. Would be my guess.

Mine sometimes has 5 fingers, and sometimes 5 fingers and two thumbs. The figs are still green up here. The figs are a longer fig compared to my Italian Honey.

This is mine from last year. The leaves are similar to yours. I found the fruit is somewhat large and very sweet, but not much complexity. It's not one of my favorites

Thanks for the pictures and input guys. Looks like it's a Brunswick. Will wait on a ripe fruit to change the label.

Picked three figs today. One of them was significantly larger than the others. Flavor was like a golden melon with honey almost no seed crunch. Was not expecting it. Pretty good. Is that what Brunswick are supposed to taste like?
