Just picked a plate of 20 Celeste, always my first fig, also picked one true White Marseilles main crop. The Celestes were a little larger and slightly less sweet but we have had considerable rain. These were wonderful will have some wonderful ++ in a few more days. Will also have two ripe LSU Tiger figs for the first time very soon. Some "Angel" passed it on the me last year and has 9-10 nice large figs this year. A Hollier and Chicago Hardy in the next few days. Champagne is loaded as is Tena. Purple is late but too some late frost damage. The other slowpokes Scott's Black, Brown Turkey a few others are moving along. Sharing a few Celeste figs with the birds as I let it grow wild this year, but I see I'm getting more than they are. Picking some Concord grapes and the Blackberries/Blueberries are waning.

Beautiful. Too bad you don’t live next door, I’d swap you a plate of my delicious authentic home made lasagna for a plate of those figs.

6 years old, consistent producer since 3rd year. Dropped fruit until then as was expected. Did not trim this year so a 10 foot ball right now. Will do a trim back to 6-7 foot this fall.

You are ahead of me! That weird late freeze on May 3 & 4 really set mine back. My Black Bethlehem is loaded with figs. It has grown into a very nice shape, too. Pretty little tree!
