It’s what’s for dinner! Fig, burrata & prosciutto salad
After seeing Eric’s fig tasting party table, I went to the garden and picked some ripe LSU PURPLE and SANGUE DOLCE figs late this afternoon and made a fig, burrito, & prosciutto salad. It was wonderful! My wife said it was like having your dessert and dinner at the same time.
