1st fig almost ripe.

This is my Terramo Unk. fig. It’s the first one to begin ripening. Don’t think it’s quite ready to pick yet, it hasn’t drooped yet. Probably another day or two. There’s a little cracking near the bottom of the fig. Think maybe I should put a organza bag on it.

Another day or three or four maybe to ripen. What is that saw dust looking stuff on the leaf to the left of it? Is there a branch above it that it is coming from? Look for borers if so.

Glad you noticed that, thanks. I immediately went out to see it but there’s nothing above it except other leaves so I brushed it off and will check it out again tomorrow.
