In the last few weeks I’ve noticed some leaf drop and increasing numbers of leaves looking sick and turning brown. Is this leaf blight?

What is your location / climate zone?
That discoloration looks likea leaf rust. Your weather has probably turned damp. This should not be a big problem as your figs are soon preparing for winter anyways.
