Fig iD- white fig, pink eye and amber flesh

Fig goes from green to a light shade of green. Big at 2.5-4 inches, amber flesh. Has a pink eye that is slightly open when fully ripe. Lasts awhile when refrigerated.. unlike say chicago hardy that spoils quickly.. Sometimes, skin starts getting black blotchy appearance when overripe. Very prolific. Growing in Richmond Va, weather is hot and humid with lots of rain around august
my initial guess was Flanders or osborne prolific but they both get darker when ripe. Then I though could be kadota but not sure
