In exotic fig garden of 35 varieties in ground 3 years first crop is ripening now.trees grew well no n fertilizer only rain for watering and less than most years.

Figs of 8 varieties ripening last week 4 now. Bm has not crop.red lebanese heaviest. All figs even squishy ripe totally lack and fig flavor have minimal sweetness.all arejuicy and dead ripe when evaluated.

Will be interesting how 7lakes turns out, that you know can taste better in similar area/conditions. I don’t know about where you are but raleigh has had tons of rain, maybe that watered them down.
