Unknown green fig! Amazing flavor!

I have posted a few pictures of my unknown green fig before but it's really coming into full ripening stage right now. Just picked a mountain of figs to make jam, but had to try a few to make sure they were safe to eat 😜. Taste was a mix of raspberry and strawberry with a hint of cherry. The skin is sweet and a little chewy. A little seed crunch, but not a bunch. Definitely a winner!

It is a common fig, but those flavor notes are really subtle unless they are caprified
