  • Just Keeps Getting Better

With each new Terramo fig. Today my 4th one ripened. A bird took a peck off of it, it poured rain on it this morning but it was nice and ripe I picked it because I feared that the birds would grab it or get more rain. Anyway it was delicious. Nice and refreshingly sweet. Glad the rain didn’t water it down. It’s the sweetest one so far. Funny the Terramo is the only one ripening. Anyway here’s the picture. Anyone else have Terramo ripening?

Congrats on the ripe figs! I found the same thing with Unk Teramo last year -- the first couple did not impress me, but the later ones that were left to ripen more were great. Enjoy them!

It's holding about 60 figs with the first ones just starting to swell.

Gina you’re absolutely right. My 5th Terramo Unknown has now swelled up and beginning to ripen and it’s larger than the rest. Here’s a picture.

Mine is on its 2nd leaf this year. Last year it didn’t put out any figs.
