My best Eric / Figtator impression.
And the best fig of the year so far. In ground and picked today. I wouldn't necessary call it "jammy" as the syrupy honey was extremely pleasant and coated your mouth easily but was still quite viscous, but the pulp wasn't as sticky and dense as my Col de Dames.
If anyone remembers those gel candies from the 90's where you could squeeze out gel (maybe juicy drop?) that's the exact mouthfeel and taste. Or almost as thick of the inside of a gusher. It's just crazy that nature makes this.
