  • Up-potting Was Harder Than I Remember.

    moved 4 rooted cuttings to 5 gal today. another one should be here tomorrow. it was much harder than i remember.

    They look healthy and happy in their new pots. Was there anything in particular that was more troublesome than before?

    Well, it was worth it because they look nice and perky.

      What did you use as potting medium?

        PM HP and MG organic fertilizer. didn't feel like making my own mix.

        It looks like you added lots of extra perlite.

        didn't add any. Pro-Mix HP has perlite in them. when watering, they float to top.

      I hear ya! Up potting has been a whole summer long project and it’s a lot of work! Your new trees look good though, so well worth it
