Ravin De Calce- First Fig :)

Hey All, as name suggests this is my first Ravin De Calce from a young tree. The fig was able to dry on the tree which I’m sure helped. There was a drip of honey from the eye when i went to pick it. Boy o boy was it good! It had a complex flavor that I could t put my finger on. I really hope I get some more of this one. Can others chime in on what flavors this one covers?
