Wow had my first Kadota look like it exploded... I swear it looked just like the pods that the baby aliens shot out of on the original movie (Alien). We had a heavy shower yesterday that just set over my place and poured.

Thanks - I was just in Houston Tuesday and Wednesday of this week on business. It was really hot there for September! Anyway, I just noticed my location was not showing either and I'm pretty sure it was before. So I went into my profile and confirmed that my location information was entered there. So I quit without saving anything. Then to my surprise my location information is now showing. Now I just need to figure out how to modify my signature which has my old location (Rockville).

My fig addiction is hard enough to hide as it is, let alone the cost... Just did a bunch of up sizing on the ones I have, soil is definitely not (dirt cheap). Also reshuffled the trees so I could keep her dazed and confused about how many I have

I had meant to pass this along sooner. Actually to everyone in our area. Try going to New Earth, just out a little east of you on Hwy 105. You can get a heaping pickup truck load (1 yd) of their custom potting soil for $35 (+ tax). If you want to try it first, HEB sells it by the bag. I like this mixture a lot so far. You can add more bark or perlite if you want to customize it more. But it works great, and drains very well as it is.
