yes i am ,that one full of figs, 7 months ods is out of the cuttings you sent me this past winter, thanks again,i got a load of used 2x4's and plywood ,i plan on making wooden covers for some, and the others i am going to do what ed boone does ,it works great ,chicken wire around tree and filled with garbage bags packed full of leaves ,and packed inside of wire, it keeps moisture off of the tree. his in ground sa's did really well with this system ,i saw the tree it was very bit of 10 feet tall or taller.and also i dug up three c-h that i rooted from you and put in buckets for winter, they were grounded in the spring ,but i wanted them to have a good start next spring,Last edited by chuckell; 10-08-2016, 06:26 AM.

Based on how many I saw, I think you like Hardy Chicago. I've got one I had in a pot that didn't produce many figs. I put it in-ground and it really started growing. I really want to try it, but I guess I'll have to wait til next year.
