This seems to be a quality fig that you never hear much about. I was given a couple cuttings by a generous forum member and I left one fig to grow on the vigorous young plant. It was an excellent rich flavored fig, surprising for one that did not ripen until last week. And it did not split despite a fair amount of rain the week before it ripened. I am looking forward to more of these next year.
