I harvested two Lebanese Red yesterday. One ripe one was just average in taste, but one over ripe, slightly dried up one was wonderful. A lot of Level 6-7 tasting figs can go to a Level 9 with a little time, patience and neglect by the critters. My raccoons all look for my Figo Pretos and ignore the other figs around.

Nice Travis - this week of Indian Summer ought to get a few more to ripen well. Really low night time temps are coming this weekend, might be the end without a fall fig shuffle.

Some figs from my yard today..

This is the biggest haul of the year for me. :/ Lebanese red is on the left Malta black is in the middle and florea on the right. They're all in shady spots so they're ripening way late.
Please excuse the Mickey plate. Ha
