they are soft and not too sweet, very nice with a morning coffee, I like them!

No , I have not. In general, I think the frozen figs are terrible for eating since mostly very low quality figs are used for that and the texture becomes quite a turn-off. On the other hand, the TJ dried figs sold in clear containers seem to be very good.USDA z 10a, SoCal. WL: Boysenberry Blush

They do sound good, even though using soft-baked and biscotti together is a total misnomer. Sort of like "Hot Chocolate ice pops!" or "Crispy pudding!"

I'm going to TJ tomorrow to find some dried figs, bought some last week from local chain they were good but had a very tough stem and skin and not much flavor. Tomorrow night, I will try making some fig Biscotti. Made cranberry-anise last night, they are OK, but tomorrow the fig biscotti will be much better.
Thanks for the note about missing figs, just never thought to make fig Biscotti.
WILL NOW! I'll make fig/orange flavored biscotti and for a kicker - a light tart lemon glaze.
We will see, or I'll go back to the drawing board!Wish List: 🙏🏼 Mavra Sika
