I don't recall seeing this article shared before, so here it is. Apologies if it has been posted before! Shout out to drivewayfarmer for supplying the plants in this project. Seems like they have a nice setup, though it does illustrate the limits of winter protection. The season extension provided by the hoophouse helps ensure more of the crop ripens.
