  • Galbun

I have a small Galbun. There is also Gulbun, bred by Condit. Does anyone know if they are the same? Any experiences to share? Trying to decide what to do with it...

Add Croisic to the list. A number of us are growing all 3 so hopefully we'll have some photos this summer to compare.

Gee, thanks Bob! I ask a simple question and you make it harder, hahah.

I'd note that Bass has Galbun on his site as the variety that Condit bred, so I'm assuming there was simply a transcription error somewhere along the way and the "u" became and "a". Not sure, but I think my plant traces back to him.

I always assumed one was just misspelled.

My Galbun looks like it'll have a breba at almost every node, it's a single trunk about 18" tall with lots of nodes. Anyone have experience with Galbun breba?
