hey, guys. after a great deal of detective work, with me weeping n screaming,
wills n i figured out i own this fig.
i knew this tree was a named variety but, due to my impeccable record keeping
i was forced to consider it ''unk''.
but, i now know what i got out there.

mine hasn't fruited yet. i was hoping someone could tell me about this variety.
it seems cold hardy but that's all i know.
i'm kinda hoping you can tell me what it tastes like, please ?
    susie,
    burner of trees
    high plains, maybe zone 7.

    Hi Susie,

it's a great producer for me in Quebec zone 5. It is one of my earliest producer and abundant. For me the taste is sweet Berries.

    Hope it helps

Had my first ever of this today and it was caramel, brown sugar and big Maple before a light berry back note. Very good but earlier than my Black bethlehem, Black Greek, or Malta black. Maybe not as Etna-ish as thought?
