My first shipped Bi39

I mailed my first Bi39 tree today first time ever shipping tree! the "outfig godfather" was first to receive. I must make mental note no use ups. Very expense. Although The worker there packaged so well I think that box can be used as soccer ball in a full game and tree still be fine ahaha! Is sad tho. Feel like my first child just left home BUT i known she is going to great home! WillsC thank you for all you do for me and for everyone on tis site. You are very good man and I hope you know you are looked after by many.

If anyone has any tree packing tips on what's over and under kill please fill me in. And is $35.00usd too much or is that normal ship price for post and box?

Not sure how big your plant, but in my experience USPS priority is usually between $7 and $17, but you have to watch the box dimensions.

I have bought plants from WillsC. I like the way he packs them. Perhaps he could give you some pointers. Also, HarveyC ships lots of plants and cuttings. He would be a good source of information about shipping fig plants.

Hey Mike. I sent a 2 foot Brunswick in a 3.75 gal container at 17.5 lb usps priority with tracking for $22,60. Box dimensions 11"×11"×34" tall. Just like Kelby said. Box size and weight.

Yes usps is cheaper. I had to use bigger box for tis tree because it size. But now I have it figures out for rest of trees.
