  • Ammonium Sulfate

I am aware of using ammonium sulfate on field crops such as corn and other garden plants. Has
anyone tried it on figs and do you have any documented results?

It works great on blueberries. But does acidify the soil to a considerable extent. Figs don't need or want acid soil. It would work for figs if the soil contains free limestone to counteract the acidifying effect. But there are many other fertilizers as good or better for figs.
