  • Black Zadar breba

    I never understood why this one was called Black. They don't get black.
    This breba was a bit watery and lacked any complex flavors. It's one that I can't wait for the main to ripen.(It's loaded)

    Zadar is in Croatia. Is that supposed to be a Croatian fig?

        I read somewhere that Black Zadar has a really unique flavor profile but isn't a very productive variety. If yours is loaded you must be doing something right!
