so the other day I was out on the deck for 3 hours grilling and reading about figs on my tablet and came across this site. The first thing I read on here was started by a fellow West Virginian. This is a nice, friendly and informative forum. I am a member of other fig forums but I don't really post on them but visit them almost every day. I have started a small nursery business specializing in fruit so I have an excuse to collect figs and the wife doesn't even notice . I have about 20 different varieties now but expect that to go up whenever I see one I can't live without. I hope I can contribute to this forum with my limited knowledge

Welcome to the family Mike. This is a great place to be! There seems to be a nonstop flow of information here, and no one judges you regardless of your experience or the questions you may ask. We are all here to help, learn from and support one another.

    Again, welcome.
