It also illustrates an advantage - no streets named 'Fig' in my area, and the potholes are probably worse here.

I remember seeing fig trees near an exit to Jazz fest. The owner of the property gave me a nasty look when I paused to admire his tree.

There is an Alma right on the corner where the Jazz Fest is held. i saw it when i first started hunting a couple years ago, but finally got to see what variety it was last week.

Yes! This was on the corner of a block that dead ends into the exit from the grounds!
