Thanks for sharing the photos and info...

The Leaves and figs looks like Conadria or Atreano not Celeste... Conadria usually has a berry flavor, while Atreano has a honey flavor (no berry). Please post main crop figs for a possible better ID.

Attached are typical Celeste Leaves... Celeste Figs are usually small and a light shade of brown.

@Pete Thanks for the info. Celeste was the tag on the tree, when I bought it. I do have the dark small celeste. I was hoping to find out which of the other light color celeste this is. I will post more pictures when the main crop figs ripen.

Very nice tree and fruit Elm. You really got lucky with that one. I'm with Pete on ID with leaning more towards Atreano. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like it's time for a new plant ID. I am sure all the forum ID people will help you out.

i agree that Whole Foods did not sell you a Celeste! Perhaps you got better varieties than Celeste though.

Here are more pictures of this WF Celeste tree. Sorry forgot to include the quarter with the ripen figs. The one that's not quite ripe is more the size of a golf ball. The other fig is smaller. What kind of fig is this?
