This was my 1st fig from Pan e vino dark ever. I am not good at taste profiles and maybe It was the visual that was directing me like Sal's Corleone, Acciano and it tasted similar as well.Last edited by strudeldog; 08-13-2015, 11:03 PM.Phil North Georgia Zone 7 Looking for: All of them, and on and on,

For a light non-berry fig I love Hollier, for a light berry Smith is impressing me, but right now if I had to name one overall it would have to come from the dark berry group, and probably my 2nd 3rd and 4th would as well and if I had to name one right now that would be Kesariani, but on any day that can change.Phil North Georgia Zone 7 Looking for: All of them, and on and on,

HAH I feel the same way about yours and some others posts. I really was not able to give some of my later figs a fair evaluation last year. things like Adriatic JH, and Black Maderia ripened after I got hit hard by SWD, and they ruined every late fig, and many of the elusive figs I have not managed to obtain yet. I still love RDB as well which would be in the running, but my tree had die back issues and will be later this year for me, but last year RDB and Kesariani were neckNneck to my palatePhil North Georgia Zone 7 Looking for: All of them, and on and on,
