Coll de Dama Rimada MP This is a yellow and green striped fruit. Sugars were not fully developed despite intensifying degradation of the skin. I had little choice but to pick it. I am showing a Panachee for contrast, Panachee are green and white. My two Rimada plants are both true but show different leaf patterns, shown here.

I wish I could say either of these figs performed up to their potential this year but a lot of my figs have just tasted watery or bland at times. I do expect the Rimada to be a better fig over time, if only because Col de Dame is the standard for me. The store bought Panachees I have been eating have a rich, citrusy taste and that shows me that Panachee has great potential as well.Rafael
