That's what my first 4 O'Rourke's looked like - they fell off early. Looks like the next ones are filling out better.

Hopefully there are more figs on the tree.

Hey Bob, do you think you have a dud tree or the conditions haven't been right in your area? I can set you an air layer on one of mines, they are young and productive.

                        Bob,

I think I figured out your issue. That coin is quite disgustingly filthy. I am certain your fig picked up some sort a disease from it. You need to start using UN-circulated coins for reference

Thanks! This has been an odd year. Rarely have highs been below 90. In hindsight I think my Osmocote Pro 6 Month pellets lasted less than 2 months and so my plants didn't get proper fertilization early on. But that's just a guess.

I'll set an air layer on one of trees, I have one from bass and one from Bob harper and they are both productive for small trees. I just figured out who you are from f4f, lol.

Look at the bright side Bob, the next first one is bound to be better than the first, first one.

I'm thinking the raccoon swallowed that one whole, perhaps with a lemon that upset his stomach.

Nice theory but I picked it right off the tree. Even the critters weren't interested in it
