I'm going to chance some criticism and speak my mind here.........this is what happens when you get...older

Until you lay one down hard....you don't know the true value of friends

my prayers for you...not only for your healing but for the minut possibility that a second thought about two wheelers may enter your shaken brain

I too have been there, a very, very long time ago....once only

Randall, there are far too many figs to taste in your future. To chance the loss of those equisite tastes against the driving skills of others on the road??....I'll let your wife do the remainder of the talking. You're a smart young man, listen to her.

It sounds like you went over the top.....you'll not forget the view...ever....

The fact that you're posting gives us all hope, heal up fast....you've got lots of figs to plant

Prayers for you Randal to heal quickly and completely.

I too once rode but gave it up for a family. A couple of years back my son bought a Honda and asked me if I wanted to take it for a ride. At first I said no, then decided to just ride it around the block. Well I did that at one point I had to drive 45 mph to keep up with traffic and it scared the hell out of me. I got home and parked it and told him never to invite me to do it again.
                                          Blessings,

The only consolation I can give you is that it doesn't take much teeth to eat well ripened figs.
