    Do anyone known when tis fig is ripe to eat? On web I see bright green skin deep red inside. I have 3 large fig all bright green with red eye. One start to darken. Are they ready? I not want pick too early...

        I not sure tis my first fig out of all tree I have I ever see close to ripe. Whole life only see Bi39

          I see, mine go from sticking straight out to drooping down then start to color and wrinkle (I've had no ripe green figs yet).

          Look from the pic like you still have awhile to go.

                  She should start to soften yes. Will differ some by cultivar, after a testing with a few you know how you like them. I saw described the other day like a marshmallow, that would be right with me but my wife would not like that texture. But a day or 2 of feeling softening will make a world of difference
