  • Lebanese Red (Bass) 2015 Main

This is a fourth year tree that was placed in ground in April 2014 and
receives about six hours of sun per day. It died to the ground this
past winter and is now about five feet tall. It has lots of figs but
it remains to be seen if they will ripen.

This fig was not as sweet as in the past but did have the hint of
berry. The first ripe fig last year was on July 26, 2014. This is
probably caused by the fact it died to the ground but also the
amount of sun it receives. I gave it a 7 on a 1-10.

    For a 7, it's looking quite good!
