  • Fig and Walnut Spaghetti

    I made this dish tonight and it was very good. I would use the full cup of wine
    where it says 2/3 cup. I would also make sure you dont make more spaghetti
    than it calls for or it will not be moist enough. Other than that it was very good.

    Man, I'm imagining that with some (almost dry) super ripe black missions, and some pancetta or ham.
