This tree was placed in ground April 2014 and died back to the
ground this past winter. It is now about 8-9 feet tall. It is about
six weeks later than last year producing its first fig. This is due
to the die back. It receives 8-10 hours of sun a day.
This fig is a very good light colored fig. It has taste of honey and
melon. The skin is a little chewy and there was not seed crunch.
We gave it an 8 on a 1-10. It may be another tree that doesn't
get to stay if it can not produce after freezing to the ground.
