  • Pics of ripe De La Senyora

This is my first time tasting De La Senyora. I won't do a rating because it ripened in cool weather and the roots have been soaked from all of the non-stop rain. Despite those conditions, this fig was still delicious with a refreshing berry flavor. I can tell it will be a winner and I look forward to tasting more of these in the future.

Excellent Frank! Do you know which version of M. Pons de la Senyora it is? I think he has one called Sineura and another called Hivernenca.

I do not know, Adam. I have heard of both of those names but do not know the difference.

Hivernenca is about twice the size (on average 40+ grams) and Sineuera not even 20 gr. (on average)

Thanks, Art. Warmer weather this week, so I hope it ripens the rest!
