If it was a boy I'd say Junior but seeing it's a girl, Angel?

Well it was the mammas baby and the daddy's maybe. She should be but she is a standard and hopefully healthy. We saw both parents and was convinced that she is a Yorkie and with papers for what that means.

If it was a boy, I'd name it Wills. Would let you get back at him when needed...

Anyway, you should name her Gennie (Jennie?) since the prize is a Genovese Nero. Would be fitting. She is a cute little Gennie

So what you're saying is that I'm exceptionally discerning when it comes to choosing a dog's name?

We've been talking here in my house about adopting another dog, and I've always like Sophie as a name, with Soph as a nickname. The only thing stopping us is that our malamute wouldn't enjoy having another dog around, and nor would the cat. So it's currently two votes for, two votes against.

How about "Layla"?-Of Egyptian/Arabic origins, it can mean "wine," "intoxication," "night," or "dark beauty." Often spelled "Leila." Popularized by Eric Clapton's 1970 hit song "Layla."

Judging by the firm grip your wife has on her, I'm thinking maybe Precious. Just don't go around saying Precious my Precious, wouldn't want them coming after you for copyright infringement...
