    Looks like a victim of wind..... I'm glad that they did not cut it down because that is killer!!!

      I thought the palm trees are supposed to withstand the winds, no?

        If they are young, or the wind is that strong. It looks as though it was blown over then left to fend for it's self.

          That's a neat looking palm. It almost looks like they were going for a Crooked Forest look, though I agree it probably grew like that after being bent over by wind.

              That neighborhood wouldn't tolerate the fallen trees for long, maybe it was done on purpose after a strong wind?
