Hey Ed I wrote to him thru his facebook page I wanted to know more about the trees and how he covers them for the winter they are beautiful trees He lives in New Jersey and has quite a following with his cooking videos on youtube and has appeared on quite a few cooking shows on TV when I find out the info I will let you know Dave
