Romano Nero, Nitra, Musov

Anyone heard of these fig varieties? If so, please share info.
I learned of these from a grower in eastern Europe- CZ. They are supposedly hardy, 2 crop varieties.

Here's what my friend told me,
All are hardy to -16, grow outside in z6 perfectly well, some years without winter protection.
Musov- prolofic bearer. From observations in my garden 10F growing tips are damaged, 1F stronger limbs die, -10F dead to the ground, but roots will regrow in the spring. Produces first crop in July, second crop in early October, probably too late for you.

Romano Nero, reddish purple fig, probably the best tasting of the three, ripens in end of July.

Good luck with them! I'm sure they'd be a valuable addition to any garden. For comparison my HC limbs don't survive under +17F.
