              I hope you said, " It's ALIVEEE!" with a mad scientist type voice lol! Sweet! That must be the best feeling ever! I really can't wait to see my first dormant fig begin to leaf out too Best of luck with it and here's to you getting to taste your first Black Madeira fig this upcoming season!                 Of all the figs I really want to taste its the Black Madeira... fingers crossed that mine will fruit this year. In its 2nd yr. Keep us updated.

                    I love the its "alive". I can hear the mad scientist too. I am totally conflicted about which fig I want to taste the most. I guess right now it is the first one to be in my mouth. Seeing the first leaves on each of the cuttings I am rooting is a thrill every time. Good luck with your rooting. Warmly, Jodi
