just wanted to post an update from the PT lottery where I received some very healthy cuttings from FMD. I received them on Jan 22 and they went right into spag moss. Within two weeks had multiple roots on one of the cuttings and put into 16oz cup with a light soil, bark, and perlite mix. I plan on weening it off the humidity bin before it leafs out. The other cutting has decided to leaf out without roots and is still in spag moss. Showing signs roots may be coming soon. I know a lot of things can still go wrong at this stage but it is looking strong so far. If anyone has suggestions on the other cutting as far as how long I leave it in spag moss or pot it up without roots I would be glad to hear it. The moss is on the dry side not wet at all as I am trying to keep the leafs from decaying. Thanks for looking.... Chad

Chad since the other cutting has leaves but no roots you could put the cutting in a cup with moss keeping the leaves from laying on the damp moss. It would still need to be kept in a humidity bin. I'd also try to place it where it could get some light but no direct sun to keep the leaves producing energy for the cutting.Wishlist; Green Michurinska, St. Rita
