Food spike good for fig tree

I hope some people can tell me if the food spike attached is good for in ground fig tree or not. Thanks...............

I would not say they are good nor bad for any plant, they will not provide a complete diet and will require supplementation.

Hi Scott , what will you recommend me to use one of the following fertilizer for my 2 years old fig tree (bush style about 2 ft height :
1) Chicken manure (composed but not fresh)
2) Fruit spike
3) Miracle Gro all purposes solution
4) All purposes 10-10-10 (solid)
