For those that have ordered from this store: how fast do they usually ship out an order? Do they usually send a tracking number? I ordered over the weekend and am curious when to expect my order.

I ordered a couple small trees last week. I spoke with Bass about the shipment and he was delaying the shipment due to the weather. I agreed that it was a good idea to delay and got a shipment notification through paypal today with a usps tracking number. So you will get notification and tracking. As for how many day turn around, im not sure what you should expect. He was responsive when I messaged him however.

I've bought trees from Bass and can vouch for their quality and the extreme care Bass takes for his trees.. However I am fortunate enough to live close to him so I can pick them up. Lou gave you great advice though and I agree he is very responsive with his emails

Don't worry about getting good plants, Bass is awesome. He does have a full time job and kids.

I should have just sent a message. I was just curious. I'm slightly excited about receiving another Ronde De Bordeaux! Hopefully I hear something tomorrow.

If you are on facebook, message him there. He's pretty responsive that way.

Not the fastest, next day off for shipping, but Bass is super reliable.

Right now, shipping USPS is risky. Does Bass use Fedex or UPS? I’m just concerned because of the 7-10 day delay myself and others are experiencing with Priority 2-Day service.

I have arranged trades with folks with the caveat that we wait on shipping until the trees are dormant in the Fall. Right now, I am trying to doctor several trees that were in transit for a week or more.

Well maybe that’s the difference. Using UPS must be more reliable.

                    Hi leon
i ship fedex only. Very reliable. Very fair pricing on ground service that is fast enough for the trees to arrive in good shape
