  • Doree 2016 Main

This five year old tree is in ground and receives about eight hours of sunlight daily.

This fig is quiet different from the ordinary berry, melon or honey figs. This fig has
a rich flavor of honey, not overly sweet and the pulp is very firm even when very
ripe. The skin is thin and there is no seed crunch. I gave it and 8 on 1-10.

Those are interesting pictures. Any thoughts on the drastic color changes both inside and out from purple/black with red interior to brown with amber?

I titled this post incorrectly. It should be Doree not Abicou and I did correct it.

        Sorry about that.
