Custom embroidered hats. They come in just this nice neutral hat color, but there are two embroidery designs to choose between. The hat features a mesh back and snap back adjustment. The cost is $20 each plus a $5 shipping fee. The shipping is free as an add on item...if you purchase a fig tree.

LOL.....a tattoo is an interesting idea...for some reason these photos make the hat look a bit pink....I promise, there is no pink cast to the hat color. It is just like the color of a pistachio shell...not pink. I wanted to use a black or navy hat, but the embroidery just didn't contrast enough. I thought this might be neutral enough, and wouldn't be too hot in the sun. Your feedback is welcome...

I really like the top design. It opens up possibilities of a rimada design in the future. I don't really wear hats too often. How small does this pattern scale? I would love to have a polo on it with a little fig like the lacoste shirts.

interesting idea. the embroidery is computerized so they can make adjustments. you would not want to go too small as there is so much detail in the fig seeds. The design could be modified to have a "solid" embroidered center and omit the seeds, I suppose. I don't plan on ordering shirts anytime soon. the minimum orders are like 100 pieces, so it is an expensive venture. With shirts you also have the sizes to consider...s, med, lg, xlg....with hats it's just one size.
I happen to wear these style hats every day...for many hours a day...I find that along with sunglasses they protect my eyes and I'm not squinting.
You could go with TNJed's idea and consider getting a tatoo!! lol.....just kidding!
